Itinerary

1. Day - Tokyo (Arrival)

Arrive at Narita (Tokyo International Airport).
You will be met by a NTA representative and helped to board an airport bus.
Transfer to hotel by Airport Limousine Bus. (Travel time 85min.)

2. Day - Tokyo

Imperial Palace in Tokyo

Tokyo Morning Tour (Japan Holiday Tours)
Meiji Shrine / Tokyo Tower / Imperial Palace East Garden / Ginza (Tour disbands in Ginza)
Return to your accommodation on your own.

3. Day - Tokyo

Toshogu Shrine in Nikko

Whole day free at leisure. Optional Tours:
(A) Mt.Fuji Hakone Tour 114,40 €
(B) Nikko World Heritage Tour 123,20 €

4. Day - Tokyo - Takayama

Your main suitcase will be transferred directly from Tokyo to Kyoto. Please leave your main suitcase with the porter / bell desk by 7:30 AM. You will need to keep with the luggage you need for your nights in Takayama, Shirakawago and Kanazawa. 
Make your own way to Shinagawa or Tokyo Station. Bullet train to Nagoya and change to Express Train to Takayama. 
Upon arrival, make your own way to your accommodation. (Travel time 5 min.)

5. Day - Takayama – Shirakawago

Hida in Takayama

Free time until departure. 
12:50 Take a bus to Shirakawago (12:54)
Upon arrival, make your own way to your accommodation. (Travel time 10 min.)

6. Day - Shirakawago - Kanazawa

11:10 Take a local bus to Kanazawa (12:25)
Upon arrival, make your own way to your accommodation.

7. Day - Kanazawa – Kyoto

Traditional Quarter in Kyoto

Free time until departure.
Late afternoon, board Express train to Kyoto (Travel time 120 min.)
Upon arrival, make your own way to your accommodation.

8. Day - Kyoto - Nara - Kyoto

Kinkaku-ji

Nara & Kyoto Full Day Tour on Foot.
Todai-ji Temple with Great Buddha, Nara Park, Kofukuji Temple, Lunch is not included.
Kyoto: Kiyomizu Temple, Kodaiji Temple, Yasaka Shrine, Gion district.

9. Day - Kyoto

Nara Todaiji Temple

Whole day free at leisure.

10. Day - Kyoto - Mt. Koya

Bamboo-Forest near Kyoto

Luggage transfer to Osaka. Leave your luggage at bell desk by 7:30 AM .
You will be met by an English speaking assistant at the hotel, and transferd to Shin-Imamiya. 
Leave Shin-Imamiya for Koyasan by train and cable car via Gokurakubashi by yourself.
 Afternoon is free at leisure.

11. Day - Koya-san – Osaka

Leave Mt. Koya to Osaka by cable car and train via Gokurakubashi by yourself. 
Upon arrival, make your own way to your accommodation. 
Afternoon is free at leisure.

12. Day - Osaka (Departure)

Transfer to Kansai International Airport by Airport Limousine Bus.

3 Days Optional Tour Hiroshima

11. Day - Koya-san – Hiroshima

Super Express Train Shinkansen

Leave Mt. Koya to Hiroshima via Osaka by cable car, and Bullet train by yourself.
 Upon arrival, make your own way to your accommodation. 
Afternoon is free at leisure.

12. Day - Hiroshima

Hiroshima Itsukushima Shrine

Whole day free at leisure.
Optional tour: Hiroshima & Miyajima 1 day (Mon. Tue. Fri. & Sat. available.)

13. Day - Hiroshima – Osaka

Osaka Castle during the Autumn

Leave Hiroshima to Osaka by Bullet train by yourself. 
Afternoon is free at leisure.
